How purchase and recovery information is handled
Only the information needed to complete payment, delivery, recovery, support and fraud prevention is used.
Information collected
MPC may process purchaser name, buyer email, selected edition, payment references, licence code, access timestamps, limited security hashes, recovery requests and support messages.
Payment information
PayPal or iKhokha handles online payment approval. MPC does not store full payment-card details. Purchase records retain only the references and confirmation information needed for delivery, recovery, duplicate-payment controls and refund or reversal handling.
Secure delivery
Download tokens are random and stored as one-way hashes. Private delivery responses are not intended for public caching or indexing.
The buyer email is used for delivery, recovery and product support. It is not sold to advertisers.
Retention and security
Commerce records are retained only as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Access is limited and protected using appropriate technical controls.
