Terms of purchase and personal use
Clear terms for the Essential Companion and separate International editions.
1. Essential Companion product
The Essential Marloth & Kruger Visitors Companion Premium V4.1 is one current English digital edition supplied under a personal travel-party licence.
2. Permitted use
One purchase permits use by one purchaser and one household or travelling party on up to five personal devices belonging to that purchaser’s household or travelling party.
3. Uses not permitted
- No resale or public upload.
- No forwarding to another travelling party.
- No commercial reproduction.
- No use as a business handout.
4. Secure access and recovery
After verified payment, Essential V4.1 provides a four-hour secure-access window and up to three successful downloads. A seven-day recovery period is available using the buyer email and PayPal, iKhokha or MPC receipt reference.
5. Edition entitlement
Essential V4.1 is a current-edition purchase and does not include a blanket promise of 12 months of replacement editions. International editions retain only the edition-specific entitlement supported by the applicable product.
6. Independent information
MPC provides independent visitor information. Official authorities, live emergency operators, SANParks, park staff, property hosts and applicable law override stored guidance.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligible buyers may request purchase recovery during the seven-day period after payment capture, subject to receipt and buyer-email verification.
