Delivery and refund handling
How secure delivery, recovery, duplicate payments, refunds and reversals are handled.
Verified digital delivery
Access is issued only after confirmation of the completed PayPal or iKhokha payment, selected edition and price. The protected PDF is not made available through a public master-file URL.
Access limits
Essential V4.1 access lasts four hours and permits up to three successful downloads. Seven-day recovery requires the buyer email and PayPal, iKhokha or MPC receipt reference.
Duplicate payments
Duplicate capture controls are applied. Contact MPC promptly with both references if you believe a payment was duplicated.
Refunds and reversals
Digital-product refund handling considers whether delivery succeeded, whether the protected product was accessed, duplicate charges, technical failure and mandatory consumer rights. A confirmed refund or reversal invalidates remaining secure access.
Problems receiving the product
Use the recovery form first. If access still cannot be restored, email contact@marlothparkcentral.com with the buyer email and payment reference. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
Local cash delivery
Marloth Park personal delivery is confirmed separately by MPC. Cash is paid on delivery. A WhatsApp request alone is not a confirmed order.
